One of the tools is the action plan in the structure of a PDCA cycle. The action plan is focused on the goals set by the participants at the end of the training and it can be focused on the goals set by the manager (superior) of the participant. The implementation of the action plan follows measurable indicators that are expressed in the parameter section (percentages, pieces, euros, hours etc.) and the required value that should be achieved is determined. The implementation of the action plan is monitored by the training participant, manager (superior), project sponsor or trainer. The action plan is simple and easy to understand.

At our seminars and training, we require from our trainers a combination of theoretical presentation with activities that balanced the course of the training and are a guarantee of successful completion of the training. Individual or group task solving, presentation and implementation using an action plan, are part of highly specialized professional training.
